Do my unused credits roll over to the next month?
No. Each package comes with credits that have a fixed expiry date. There are no recurring subscriptions, you purchase credits as needed and use them flexibly until they expire.
How secure is my data and imagery?
Your uploaded images and generated assets are stored securely. WizStudio follows strict compliance and privacy standards to ensure your brand and product data remain safe.
What happens if I use all my credits before expiry date?
You can buy more credits or renew your plan anytime. There’s no restriction – just top up whenever you need to continue creating images.
How do I cancel my plan?
